1. Acceptance of Terms By using Keyword History Cleaner ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree, do not install or use the Extension. 

2. Description of Service Keyword History Cleaner allows you to delete Chrome browser history by keyword: Freemium Tier: Limited to 10 total manual deletions. Premium Tier: Unlimited manual deletions, daily scheduling, and log management (multi-select deletion, download, clear all) for $4.99/month via ExtensionPay. Scheduled deletions require Chrome to be running at the set time. 

3. Eligibility You must be 13 or older to use the Extension. By using it, you confirm your eligibility. 

4. License and Use We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not: Modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Extension. Use it illegally or to harm others. 

5. Payment and Subscriptions Freemium: Free, limited to 10 total manual deletions. Premium: $4.99/month via ExtensionPay. Payments are processed by ExtensionPay, and their terms apply for billing and cancellation. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for premium subscriptions. Once purchased, the subscription fee is non-refundable, even if you delete history and cancel. ExtensionPay may have its own refund policies, which apply separately. Cancellation: Cancel anytime via ExtensionPay; premium features revert to freemium upon cancellation. 

6. User Responsibilities Data: You control the keywords and deletions. We are not responsible for unintended history loss. Device: Ensure Chrome runs for scheduled deletions; missed deletions run on restart if over 24 hours late. Security: Protect your device—we are not liable for breaches due to your security practices. 

7. Intellectual Property The Extension, its code, and design are our property, protected by copyright law. Unauthorized copying or use is prohibited. 

8. Limitation of Liability The Extension is provided "as is." We are not liable for: Data loss from deletions (intended functionality). Missed scheduled deletions due to Chrome being closed. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the subscription fee paid, where applicable by law. 

9. Termination By You: Uninstall the Extension to stop use. By Us: We may discontinue or restrict access for violating these Terms, without notice. 

10. Changes to Terms Updates will be posted at [insert your hosted URL here]. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
